The cottage is in the south of England and just 5 minutes from the beach, with an attractive rear garden.
There are lots of local activities including sailing, windsurfing, swimming and fishing, and cycling. Selsey village is is full of shops, restaurants and supermarkets and there is a funfair on the other side of the village.
It is a short walk from Pagham Harbour and there is a golf course on the outskirts of the village.
Fresh fish can be bought from the locals or you can fish for mackerel or bass from the beach.
It is a short drive from Chichester with its’ picturesque cathederal.
